UUCB Staff
| Consulting minister, Rev. Howell K. Lind — Rev. Lind has been UUCB’s consulting minister since August 2008.
Before coming to serve our congregation, he was a consultant to congregations and,
most recently, completed an interim senior ministry at the Unitarian Universalist
Church in Rockford, Illinois. Rev. Lind is a birthright Unitarian Universalist and
has ministered to Unitarian Universalist churches in Maine, Pennsylvania, and
Illinois, as well as having served for 14 years as the district executive of the
Unitarian Universalist District of Metropolitan New York. |

| Community minister, Rev. Barbara Eaton Molfese — Rev.
Molfese is a community minister (chaplain) endorsed by
UUCB. She provides ministerial
services for the UUCB congregation in cooperation with the minister,
including sermons, weddings, memorial services, children's chapels, and
pastoral care. She is the counseling supervisor and chaplain
at Boulder Valley Women's Health Center. |

| Director of lifespan faith development, Bobbie Poole — Dr. Bobbie Poole has been a teacher for the last 36 years. She has a firm belief in the power of education, especially religious education to empower and free people. She is also a convinced Unitarian Universalist. She says, "It is a faith that gives me hope to get up and go each day." When she is not at church, Bobbie likes to do "projects," read voraciously, take care of the garden and play with her two dogs, Gus and Abby. |

| Choir director, Lisa Phillips — Lisa Phillips, a Boulder native,
is an alumnus of Fairview High School. She received her bachelor of music from CU, and her
master of music from Wichita State University. She has performed leads in
various operas and as the soprano soloist in Handel’s "Messiah."
Lisa is the choir and drama director at Bridge School and also gives private
voice lessons. |

| Choir pianist, Janet Pettit — Janet Pettit is a master's student in piano performance and pedagogy at CU. She received her bachelor's degree in piano from Miami University. As an undergraduate, she spent a semester in Vienna, Austria, where she studied piano and participated in a chamber music workshop. She enjoys teaching piano lessons. |

| Church bookkeeper, Renee Loewen — Renee Loewen has
been UUCB's bookkeeper since June 2003. She works closely with our
Treasurer, Finance Council, and Board of Trustees, and sends out
regular pledge statements to pledging members and friends. She started
her business, Bottom
Line Bookkeeping and Billing, in 2000. Renee lives in Broomfield with
her husband and daughter. |
