UU Resource Links
The Unitarian Universalist Church of Boulder (UUCB) belongs to the
Unitarian Universalist
Association of Congregations (UUA), the parent organization that
represents over 1,000 UU congregations in North America. There is a wealth
of information about Unitarian Universalism at the UUA's website, including
answers to frequently
asked questions about the UU faith.
UUCB is part of the regional Mountain Desert District (MDD) of the UUA, which provides resources to ensure delivery of services to member congregations in this eight-state area in the southwestern United States. The MDD publishes a list of other UU congregations in Colorado. In addition, PRISM (Progressive Radically Inclusive Student Ministry) and the Unitarian Universalist Student Organization at the University of Colorado in Boulder offer on-campus services.
The following UU summer programs based in this area are available to families and individuals interested in a church camp experience:
- Western Unitarian Universalist Life Festival — at Ghost Ranch, near Abiquiu, New Mexico
- LaForet — at Carbondale, Colorado
